Before joining our team, Lexi developed her leadership skills in retail management, where she oversaw daily operations, supported team development, and cultivated a strong customer experience. Her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence made her a standout in that fast-paced environment.
Lexie is a self-starter who thrives on hard work and is passionate about helping others succeed whether that means jumping into a new challenge or supporting her teammates behind the scenes. Outside of work, Lexie is an avid outdoorswoman who loves hiking, exploring, and spending time with her rescue German Shepherd, Boomer. Lexie’s dependability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn make her a valuable addition to the team. Her proactive approach and collaborative mindset contribute meaningfully to both internal operations and client success.
