Since joining our team in 2014, Jake has become a cornerstone of our operations bringing precision, responsiveness, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every task. Though he entered the fitness industry with no prior experience, his adaptability and work ethic quickly earned the respect of his colleagues. Today, he’s known for managing our service department with exceptional care and consistency.
Jake oversees the coordination of installations, repairs, and maintenance, while also managing freight logistics and shipments. His organizational skills keep our workflows running smoothly, and his attentiveness to team needs like keeping our technicians fueled with coffee reflects his thoughtful leadership style.

Outside of work, Jake channels his creativity into a range of hobbies. A passionate home chef, he once considered a culinary career before choosing to keep cooking as a joyful pastime. He enjoys baking for his fiancée and friends during game nights, and also finds fulfillment in costuming, swimming, woodworking, and building custom PCs.
